Inside the cajon are two sets of fixed coiled steel snare wires that give you a crisp sound. Everything comes fully assembled.

The corners of the playing surface are rounded and sanded together with the resonating body, resulting in defined slap tones. The junction where these two pieces meet is perfectly flush, providing a great feel on your hands.
